Deep sumps fit to the bottom of the engine case and provide extra oil capacity, ensuring a constant supply of oil to the bearings. Their finned aluminium construction also aids cooling. This sump allows up to 1. 5 litres extra oil capacity and is 2 and 3 4 inch deep. The kit includes the sump, gasket set and hardware to fit. We recommend that the sump is washed thoroughly before fitting. All aircooled T1 2 engines
